Through The Cycle is a poetic short exploring mental health experiences and paths toward healing.
It follows six characters who embark on individual journeys to confront and overcome the pains and traumas they have suppressed.
The film is based on the eponymous album by composer duo, Dhanya Langer and Max Scholl aka Modha.
Over a period of two years they drew inspiration from real-life experiences and intimate conversations with fellow artists, friends and family, which served as a foundation for the music, writing and later the film.
